I work for a company that won't hire me full-time after 2.5 years of showing up to every shift, because they don't want to give me benefits. They have me work 39 hours a week. So increase the work week, I doubt it'll matter to anyone who works in production.

No one works full-time there, except the bosses.

I'm not saying everybody has to work 48 hours, but it should be allowed, two days off every week is decadent
