Honda civic with no mods

2019-11-14 22:27:27 UTC

I would unironically drive a late 90's bone stock Civic Si

2019-11-14 22:27:38 UTC

Some dude around my city has one and it's a pleasure to look at

2019-11-14 22:28:14 UTC

Just get a preowned Camry or Corolla

2019-11-14 22:28:42 UTC

gross

2019-11-14 22:28:48 UTC

Best car I ever owned

A 90s Geo Metro

2019-11-14 22:29:02 UTC

THE METRO

2019-11-14 22:29:09 UTC

3 cylinders and 1liter

2019-11-14 22:29:37 UTC

That and the Storm was the super poorfag car when I was in highschool

2019-11-14 22:29:59 UTC

I've seen a few of the Chebby ones driving around still

2019-11-14 22:30:47 UTC

They are amazing

They are essentially street legal lawn mowers

2019-11-14 22:30:59 UTC

Bought my old one for 500$

2019-11-14 22:31:18 UTC

Delivered pizza and it had 400k miles with no issues

2019-11-14 22:31:31 UTC

Man, I bought a bone stock first gen CRX for 600 bucks

2019-11-14 22:31:39 UTC

God I would give anything to go back and take that car from my dipshit 17 year old self

2019-11-14 22:31:47 UTC

That's a good deal

2019-11-14 22:31:49 UTC

1.fucking nothing liter engine with a 5 speed

2019-11-14 22:33:25 UTC

I have a 2016 Jeep Patriot right now with low miles(nothing special)

But I often want to just sell it and drive a beater

2019-11-14 22:34:29 UTC

Old cars are just so much easier to work on

I knew a guy who had 4 Geo Metros and he'd just juggle parts inbetween them when something went wrong

2019-11-14 22:35:10 UTC

When he'd go down a part he'd just occasionally check junk yards to swap parts

2019-11-14 22:35:25 UTC

Yeah I'm not a fan of modern tight bays, plastic panels pop riveted over everything, and over abundance of tightly integrated electronics

2019-11-14 22:35:53 UTC

I unironically went full luddite on a 6 speed Wrangler with manual windows and doors

2019-11-14 22:36:25 UTC

I was just about to mention Wranglers

I wouldn't mind a TJ with an Inline 6 4.0

2019-11-14 22:36:50 UTC

Used to have one of those as well and never had an issue

2019-11-14 22:36:53 UTC

It was auto

2019-11-14 22:37:00 UTC

Is your Wrangler newer?

2019-11-14 22:37:05 UTC

Yeah I have a JL

2019-11-14 22:37:19 UTC

Unfortunately tainted by Chrysler's faggotry

2019-11-14 22:37:44 UTC

Good old minivan engines lol

2019-11-14 22:38:12 UTC

Yeah, it's a generic as fuck engine but it's does decent enough

2019-11-14 22:38:20 UTC

I really wish they'd do a V8

2019-11-14 22:38:27 UTC

I would trade in tomorrow on one

2019-11-14 22:39:56 UTC

I am kind of startled how shitty on gas mileage it is for city driving for a 3.6 v6

2019-11-14 22:40:08 UTC

Like god damn, I get 19-20 granny driving in stop and go

2019-11-14 22:45:15 UTC

i can feel the huge geico dick about to ram me

2019-11-14 22:45:59 UTC

Didnt they make a diesel in these new jeep truck things

2019-11-14 22:46:37 UTC

Get a toyota avalon i hear those are sick drifters

2019-11-14 22:47:33 UTC

The I6 4l TJ I had got like 15mpg and I had a a Ford Excursion with a v8 7.3l diesel getting 23mpg highway

2019-11-14 22:47:58 UTC

Diesels are pretty efficient

2019-11-14 22:48:30 UTC

The Excursion also weighted in around 7,000ish pounds if I remember correctly

2019-11-14 22:54:20 UTC

Yeah they have a new diesel jeep but it's that blue cap shit so everyone is saying fuck that
