secret server huh
Yeah
There's a secret server
Only for cool real professionals đ
fuck I'm not cool enough
but you are coal enough
It's where they talk about how dumb and stupid you are
You specifically
Where do I go to talk about how awesome ALICE loadouts are tho
check the link on top of this page
@Vampire that's here though. this isn't a secret
@Donny also a battle belt should come before a helmet unless you are mounting nods or jumping out of planes
@Donny belt
things you don't have that a helmet is good for: nods, comms headset, headborne IFF, a pair of balls
itâs the âsunshine is a dumb retardâ server
we do literally nothing but insult you
ok <@&559943777024737292>
But no seriously let me out of this newfag hellhole
ehhh good luck with that, took me like half a year mate
what about ALICE gear tho?
Iâve just recently developed a fetish for it I donât know. Never gave it a try before because it was âthe old stuffâ when I was coming up
Built out a basic belt and harness loadout as a patrol kit
Going to add a medium pack with some custom stuff like hydration bladder pocket, but it seems pretty optimal
Especially with brent0331s flexseal trick
while it wont make anyone here take glances (afterall, the guys here considers the old gear as the bargain bin special...because they are), I am doing experiments on them and thus is mildly interested
For carrying a patrol/sustainment load without armor, I dunno if it gets a lot better. I own mystery ranch and shit like that but honestly, that web belt and y harness is so comf
have you considered the WAS kit?
Maybe a little bit battle-rattle-y
Not familiar with it
truth be told I much prefer the older H harness over the Y types
doesnt dig into the neck that much
now, Warrior Assault Systems made a belt kit based on the british type with improved yoke harness and stuffs, so if ya wanna do upgrades, that might be a decent pick
or, HSGI Slimgrip/Suregrip belts if you're into belt and harness system
but the current operators use Ronin belts anyway
brecon shit is gud
get a high back blast belt and a harness
The m1956 harness is cool but H harnesses donât work as well for me in general, I think itâs a personal pref thing there
I have a ronin task force, itâs definitely my go to war configuration
What I do with the alice setup is have a âstreet legalâ loadout. I use a pvs7 pouch instead of a holster, and depending on the areaâs knife laws, can take the bayonet off easily
Hey at least you know what a 56 harness is
