Keto is great so long as you don't go crazy with it. Stay under 30 carbs, increase that number if you excercise.
And yeah, generally you don't eat fruit. But you do eat a fuckton of vegetables.
When I was on keto, I had way more energy and felt amazing. You don't have all those blood sugar swings that you'd normally get from a boomer American diet.
