What do you do for working out @Fightmeirlbr0 ?
Cardio and bodyweight exercises. I add weight to my normal body weight exercises (weighted pull-ups / push-ups etc.) for strength training. I’ll occasionally do some curls / tricep extensions to get warmed up before I work out.
Calisthenics aren't bad if you're not skimping and eating properly
Careful dude add too much weight and you'll start gaining so much muscle that you lose mobility
That's what I do too, but you need to supplement with deads and squats for legs
Or lots of leg work until you can routinely do weighted pistol squats

@Snowback I was speaking specifically on adding 15+ pounds of muscle mass, it’s not really practical for my body and for my purposes to do that.
