What if this reality actually simulates an entire life in a couple of seconds but our brain perceives it as much longer, and this is a system made to learn rapidly from getting personal experiences and walking in others shoes to see things from other perspectives?

Science (as of yet) can't understand what consciousness is, it's not even proven that it's generated in our brain. The mind is the least explored of all.
