Just get a Schmidt & Bender

2019-10-26 20:02:24 UTC

Tbh I might

2019-10-26 20:02:43 UTC

Beeeg buckaroonis to ya then

2019-10-26 20:03:45 UTC

I might end up selling a cupple bolt guns and just use the funs to cop one

2019-10-26 20:04:54 UTC

I personally can't see how it would be doing better than the ATACR or any other $1.5~2k optic

2019-10-26 20:05:05 UTC

But more power to you, the reticles seem pretty interesting

2019-10-26 20:05:29 UTC

That's what I figured and thought it was just overkill and you would just be paying for the name or useless features

2019-10-26 20:05:39 UTC

S&B isn't even top tier anymore

2019-10-26 20:06:06 UTC

Like Leupold, they've sorta rested on their laurels for a few years

2019-10-26 20:06:21 UTC

I might just try to get a small line up if supposed "top teir" stuff and get a feel for what is actually better

2019-10-26 20:06:44 UTC

I've seen that with alot of Companys in the past 3-4 years

2019-10-26 20:07:23 UTC

The stadiometric rangefinding reticle looks cool, but lmao just use the mils/moa hash marks

2019-10-26 20:07:41 UTC

Tbh yea

2019-10-26 20:07:47 UTC

If you want actual top tier, get ZCO or TT.

2019-10-26 20:08:02 UTC

Quality on an LPVO is kinda overstated anyway, given the limited light transmission from the small objective.

2019-10-26 20:08:22 UTC

It's like putting a hellcat engine in a honda odyssey

2019-10-26 20:09:37 UTC

I will say that even though the ziess was one of the cheaper options out there and it showed in the quality of parts manufacturing the light transmission was next to none the vortex razor hd gen 2 was shat on by it

2019-10-26 20:12:49 UTC

Just get an ATACR and call it a day.

2019-10-26 20:13:00 UTC

That's the obvious pick for super premium LPVOs

2019-10-26 20:13:36 UTC

Yeah there is no beating around the bush NF does stand out

2019-10-26 20:20:20 UTC

I just measured my chest at like 40.5ish inches with lungs full. Do I go medium or large JPC 2?

2019-10-26 20:20:42 UTC

Sizes are based on plate size

2019-10-26 20:21:04 UTC

Not for jpc, they have a chest sizebased sizing chart

2019-10-26 20:21:23 UTC

What is your height and weight

2019-10-26 20:21:35 UTC

The JPC 2.0 has elastic bands in the back that you can adjust to your size very well

2019-10-26 20:21:35 UTC

6'3" 180lb

2019-10-26 20:21:51 UTC

Already planning on medium plates

2019-10-26 20:21:58 UTC

Then do a medium carrier

2019-10-26 20:22:00 UTC

Then the medium

2019-10-26 20:22:10 UTC

Slenderman ass

2019-10-26 20:22:10 UTC

So say you get large, itll be way too big

2019-10-26 20:22:15 UTC

They're based on plate size. They're extremely adjustable for size

2019-10-26 20:22:28 UTC

I'm 6'5 and 215. Large is still plenty big.

2019-10-26 20:22:45 UTC

Be sure the plates will go from your clavicle angle to about your belly button

2019-10-26 20:23:09 UTC

Okay. I know carrier sizes are usually always plate sizes, but the chest size thing threw me off

2019-10-26 20:23:11 UTC

That's the generally accepted sizing for plates

2019-10-26 20:23:43 UTC

I don't remember seeing a chest size thing, but then again, I ordered mine from OPTactical

2019-10-26 20:23:59 UTC

I've tried on @franknotcreep 's carrier (medium) and it fits pretty well, he's a similar size to me

2019-10-26 20:25:25 UTC

As I was saying, the JPC 2.0 has Velcro to hold the shoulder straps together, which can be adjusted quite a reasonable amount, and the back can be adjusted an insane amount
