I dont think that it was for that that he suggested it, having a fast heartbeat does not have much to do with that, but he had a lot of symptoms, some symptoms can be alleviated by sugar if one does have low levels of glucose, however i would still suggest he actually visits the doctor, because of the variety of symptoms can have a lot of different diagnoses.

Because we are not experts and we cant give him proper advice or diagnose.
