the average plate i'm quite sure. I'm not very large width wise. Im 6ft 4

ok so you shouldnt have trouble finding gear. I would get a plate carrier with a full molle front on it and get HSGI tacos, they fit AK magazines the easiest and dont get all eaten up

yeah taco styled is what youre pretty much as good of ones I can think of for that, I would look at a jpc 2.0 with a molle front panel because you have a good base carrier at that point and can easily upgrade it in the future
