The proverbs say that *a good wife is a crown to her husband but a bad wife is as rottenness in his bones*, I'd imagine there's lots of guys out there who tried these various crowns on but they didn't fit or were painful yadda yadda but I think the idea of men (or women) *going their own ways* is just guaranteed disaster.
