wear a helmet

2019-12-12 07:04:11 UTC

Get a towel put it on your face, side of your head, or back of your head, load with a plate, and go to town

2019-12-12 07:04:32 UTC

Or go full autism and get a head harness and strap plates to that

2019-12-12 07:05:29 UTC

So would I run pack no rig or plate carrier, bump helmet, and gunbelt?

2019-12-12 07:05:33 UTC

never skip neck day

@Snowback I know that feeling, I kept lightly pulling my back and have been stuck around 225-235 for 5x5. Last max was 285 but I find hitting a heavy single much easier than a full workout.

2019-12-12 07:06:08 UTC

rig with pack is p ez

2019-12-12 07:06:26 UTC

chest rig w/ pack is max cozy

2019-12-12 07:06:32 UTC

2019-12-12 07:06:33 UTC

Every Day is Neck Day

2019-12-12 07:06:57 UTC

Ok so for long excursions i could do pack and rig

2019-12-12 07:07:14 UTC

Shorter ones like 2 days i could try plate carrier and pack

2019-12-12 07:07:24 UTC

why would you bother with a plate carrier

2019-12-12 07:07:29 UTC

I mean i guess ill find out on my own what i can and cant do

2019-12-12 07:07:38 UTC

You worried about the American Vietcong?

2019-12-12 07:07:47 UTC

tbh don't even bother

2019-12-12 07:07:50 UTC

It's worth trying

2019-12-12 07:07:58 UTC

But you'll learn

2019-12-12 07:08:35 UTC

I do tons of stupid shit that people tell me not to. And then I get called a retard or call myself a retard.

2019-12-12 07:08:36 UTC

2019-12-12 07:09:37 UTC

2019-12-12 07:09:38 UTC

Now you're learning

2019-12-12 07:09:46 UTC

Youre all telling me not to do it so nah

2019-12-12 07:10:01 UTC

Are assault packs as annoying?

2019-12-12 07:10:11 UTC

Like yote or slightly bigger

2019-12-12 07:10:14 UTC

no I mean rucking semi long distance in carrier is ass but you can still camp with a carrier

2019-12-12 07:10:26 UTC

I'm not advocating for pc camping, just for other people to do dumb shit.

2019-12-12 07:10:34 UTC

like drop your shit off via truck or short walk to the site

2019-12-12 07:10:50 UTC

You mean assault pack and pc?

2019-12-12 07:10:56 UTC

Ye

2019-12-12 07:11:01 UTC

p ez

2019-12-12 07:11:24 UTC

Same strap problem but less weight and distance so not as bad.

2019-12-12 07:11:40 UTC

I moved to a pc mounted backpack that I can unstrap without removing my pc

2019-12-12 07:11:57 UTC

Because I hate dealing with multiple straps and a sternum strap
