wear a helmet
Get a towel put it on your face, side of your head, or back of your head, load with a plate, and go to town
Or go full autism and get a head harness and strap plates to that
So would I run pack no rig or plate carrier, bump helmet, and gunbelt?
never skip neck day
@Snowback I know that feeling, I kept lightly pulling my back and have been stuck around 225-235 for 5x5. Last max was 285 but I find hitting a heavy single much easier than a full workout.
rig with pack is p ez
chest rig w/ pack is max cozy
fuck having to take your pack off to get tools
Every Day is Neck Day
Ok so for long excursions i could do pack and rig
Shorter ones like 2 days i could try plate carrier and pack
why would you bother with a plate carrier
I mean i guess ill find out on my own what i can and cant do
You worried about the American Vietcong?
tbh don't even bother
It's worth trying
But you'll learn
I do tons of stupid shit that people tell me not to. And then I get called a retard or call myself a retard.
chest rig gang
>fucked back
>advocates plate carrier camping

Always tweaks my back a little, always more lacrosse ball time
same
ok no plate carriers at all for camping
I mean you can
@|||ST just commit suicide
Now you're learning
Youre all telling me not to do it so nah
Are assault packs as annoying?
Like yote or slightly bigger
no I mean rucking semi long distance in carrier is ass but you can still camp with a carrier
I'm not advocating for pc camping, just for other people to do dumb shit.
like drop your shit off via truck or short walk to the site
You mean assault pack and pc?
Ye
p ez
Same strap problem but less weight and distance so not as bad.
I moved to a pc mounted backpack that I can unstrap without removing my pc
Because I hate dealing with multiple straps and a sternum strap
