Yeah I've been in PHX for a couple years now. I haven't found the good BLM places around where I live since I moved.
kek
imagine living in Phoenix
what an absolute shithole
Imagine making a fat 6 figure salary in one of the fastest growing tech job markets in the country
Not worth it
And achieving financial independence before 40
Phoenix is awful
Lmao good, stay out
We're full
Next to Los Angeles for places where I would never want to live
I'm not native there but when I was visiting, we drove an hour out and just shot 100m(?) away from the highway
only good thing is that it's not as cucked as LA
Phoenix is fucking huge is the problem
Yeah, a lot of those places are infested with white trash 8 days a week
It's probably the least efficient use of land area in the US
it takes forever to get out of it to find a decently secluded spot
That's why I compared it to LA
it's sprawled out like that
Admittedly, it's also a soulless city with no 'character'
I'm not in love with it, but I'm still a couple years off of making my target income as a fully remote employee
remote gang
just buy some land if you're making that much money
be like Ian
At which point I'll disappear to my alpine mountain acreage
and die
build an off grid boogaloo house
Work in progress.
My land burned in a wildfire like 4 months after I bought it.
based
now the ground will be fertile
and there won't be any trees to clear
>not wanting trees
It's going to take a few years to recover.
>no trees to clear
Did I mention I bought it specifically because it was densely forested, and now there are like 3000 fucking burned trees I need to clear?
>not buying property in a small valley on rocky terrain
shiggy
trees are temporary
