if you're so concerned about being able to run 3 mags in addition to your chest rig then either invest in a cummerbund that can carry mags or get a belt

if you're asking if it matters, i'd say yes, theres better and worse covert plate carriers. where i live, throwing on a thick sweater is out of the question most of the year
