i saw a VICE video where they had some ayahuasca treatment center in Tennessee

on ayahuasca though DMT seems pretty legit on doing it properly but doing it properly thru ayahuasca also means being violently ill for 2-4 hours until it kicks in then being on a 8-16 hour trip bender afterwards.
