Yes. Ukraine has become a whore puppet state, unfortunely. They are being used by American Asymmetrical Warfare to "drain" Russia from its regional influence. Russia is sorrounded geopolitcally, they are only advancing in Middle East and Asia.
Ukraine declared martial law and general mobilization, i'm SURE they will attack People's Republic of Donetsk and Lugansk, cus that's the only logic reason to declare such an important military action.
Remember, a war against Russian citizens in Estern Ukraine is war against Russia, there are good chances that Russia will keep helping them but now the situation is more drastic, as Ukraine has created the Kertch's situation as Casus Belli to probably take such action.
Russia and Ukraine are not officially at war but the Republics of Estern Ukraine (Lugansk and Donetisk) are Russians, and they are recieving russian help.

Geopolitically, the war against Russian citizens is a war against Russia's interests, tensions are high between both, chances of war has raised.

I mean, OFFICIAL War declaration, not Asymmetrical warfare.

No, Russia did not sponsored a Coup D'etat in Ukraine, US did. Russia is not occupying parts of Ukraine, Russian NATIONALS, Russian People LIVING in Ukraine has declared independence from Ukranian puppet regime after the Coup few years ago
