it was delicious, way better that the ones you get from delivery
and the toppings were actually there, not just some thinly spread things to pretend there's something on it
well ofc anything home made is more tasty
not always, with pizzas you can fuck it up sometimes and make it hard as a shoe

sure
so it's basically a pizza hut recipe with some minor modifications of mine:
Ingredients:
400g of wheat flour
30g of yeast
4 tablespoons of olive oil (i use regular oil, no difference imo)
2/3 glass of milk and water in 1:1 proportions
1/2 teaspoon of salt
a pinch of pepper
basil, oregano, thyme
make sure every ingredient is in the same, room temperature (so you won't kill the yeast)
put the flour in the bowl (sieve it before if possible to make it fluffy), add salt and yeast (personally, I mix yeast with milk and water, let it grow for a minute or two and then add it), make a hole in the flour, put olive oil with a bit of diluted milk in it, and also all of the seasonings (pepper, basil, oregano, thyme). Knead the dough while adding diluted milk. Do it for about 10 minutes. When done, put the dough in a warm place (not too warm though, if it's warmer than your body temperature then it's too hot for the yeast) for an hour to grow (30-45 minutes are ok imo), make sure to put it in a big enough container because it'll grow twice in size (cover the container with a towel to preserve the heat). Also you can flatten it a bit so it'll make it easier to shape it next. When the dough is ready, roll it to the shape of your oven sheet, but a few cm wider in each side to roll the corners (i put cheese inside the rolled corners so they can get some moisture from it because the corners have a tendency to get hard when baked). The rolled dough should be 5-6mm thick. Bake the dough in 180 degrees for up to 20 minutes.
