shit dude, I wish you the best. have you been gradually tapering? I suppose it almost goes without saying, but be particularly mindful of how you're feeling at all times; alcohol and benzos are the only substances that can be fatal if withdrawing from cold turkey without being monitored in the right setting with the right medicine to help prevent seizures

Not cold turkey. I’m using CBD to prevent seizures. Gradual tapering you could say, but I’m making more jumps than suggested to get off quicker. It’s barely manageable but I’m doing it

I have sobriety in my sights and I’m not going to lose focus. With the naturals I have tried now, I know for a fact I can manage without the psychiatric drugs
