Taking a big cut in dose this week so it’s been brutal

But I will be off meds faster this way

And that’s real important to me

I was taking 12 pills a day

That was my peak too

Holy shit fam

I’m coming off what was a peak of needing 4mg of Xanax to make it through 24hrs

Now I’m on about half that

@FashyGoy1488 when I was quitting I thought consciously about every reason why I hated Jews. Helped take my mind off things

Yeah anything external really. Thinking about anything BUT yourself is quite helpful

I wish I knew what I know now before agreeing to take meds

But it’s ok

my job was causing an enormous amount of stress

I don't think I actually had it

I had stress

They thought I was bi polar for a while but it turns out I was just being a teenager lol

caused similar symptoms, but the kike psychiatrist put me on heavy meds

benzos, lithium, antipsychotics
