people forget the farmers were protesting

and the soviet gov did something worse

they let them die

they didn't even promise fake reforms

it wasn't a genocide or ethnic cleansing it was a crackdown on democracy

the farmers were heros

that tried to change a system

and free their country

they were opposing anyone who fought for democracy because they had to have their way

they had to be right

but they werent
