What makes up the leaders you talk about?

There are no leaders.

Those who rule with unchecked power are made of the wealthy who cannot relate and do not care about the people.

They are tyrants, dictators, and oppressors.

The worst of humanity.

Well yes, but I meant qualities of the leaders who will lead the civilization you discussed

They will have conviction, honor, integrity, morality, discipline, fortitude, courage, and commitment.

True leaders care.

The best among them are always willing to make necessary changes.

Which means that right now, the greatest leaders will overthrow and abolish government.

Do you think all this could happen under current social atmosphere?

Yes.

The greatest leaders we have in this world are in the military, in the militia, and among the people.

Those are the three true system of humane governance.

Military, milita, and the people.

You need the majority of people supporting the cause and right now not as many people as you need are educated enough to understand, would this not hinder the movement?

People do not need to be educated in order to understand.

That is the true beauty of humanity.

A leader is the best of humanity.

Among the best, all it takes is for one of them to witness an evolutionary plan.

When evolution is being intentionally supressed for the benefit of the few, revolution is required.

How many true leaders understand what must happen next?

Enough so that the true leaders can rise up and surpass the rest, providing trust of the system for the majority of people.

True leaders rise on their own accord.

Those leaders who overthrow and abolish government will be the future of the world.

How does the generation after them rise?

That all depends on how upcoming leadership conducts themselves.

A true leader passes the torch, a tyrant will get lit on fire by an upcoming leader with that very same torch.

Either way, without government, the right thing will happen.
