@rogalik well, I don't think so, there is a lot of languages which are much uglier and sound like a throat cancer. Arabic, for example. If we will compare Russian or Polish languages to Arabic we will find out that Slavic languages sound like an angel speech.

One more word about bad looking cities. In case with Russian cities It's all thanks to corruption and incompetent officials. Most of our new infrastructure looks like shit in terms of architecture. For example, they don't mind building some skyscrapers in historical centers of the cities where most of XIXth century architecture is present. Of course it will ruin the city.
