polish is very hard for native english speakers regarding its phonetics
we frequently use complex groups of consonants and sounds that you may find exotic
Gib example
w strzebrzeszynie chrząszcz brzmi w trzcinie
no tbh phonetics aren't really a problem
you might find them weird but you pronounce almost 100% of words just as you read them
bloated gramatics is the problem
no, the pronunciation is
grammar in general utilizes familiar formats, as polish is an indo-european language like english
however the cases will certainly be a peoblem
but i'm yet to see a foreigner who can speak polish with a pronunciation that can match that of a native speaker
even when listening to specialists who have studied polish language for years i can still clearly see that it's not their native language
and i'm saying that they can't pronounce the words like us, in the early stages of learning you will have to learn just how to say many sounds that are new to you in the first place
what does huhu mean?
nothing in polish
>but i'm yet to see a foreigner who can speak polish with a pronunciation that can match that of a native speaker
no one cares, you can't speak English with native pronounciation and accent either
Polish pronounciation isn't that hard, there are no special snowflake sounds, it's just there are blocks of consonants
I've got rid of my accent
so when People hear me speak in English they think I'm from the US
this, you're wrong anon
it's relatively easy to get rid of your accent in english
but i've never seen anyone who managed to do it in polish
also there are many sounds that can be described as "special snowflake sounds", like ś, ć, ź or dź
everyone thinks english is the easiest thing on earth because its the primary language of the world, everyone is heavily exposed to it
>it's relatively easy to get rid of your accent in english
then get rid of it and show me your results : )
>but i've never seen anyone who managed to do it in polish
how many people who were learning polish you've seen in total
I might point to pajeets and others speaking abhorrent english living in an anglo country for decades too
but anyway, Polish pronunciation isn't that much of a problem, the real hell is the grammar
it might appear stupidly complicated
but tbh I have no slightest idea about Arabic grammar so 🤷
Arabic Grammar is the worst of the worst.
no matter how hard and stupid Polish Grammar is, it would never reach the same level as Arabic Grammar
niggowie
english easy because there isnt as much conjugation
less female/male forms
>I cant think of a valid reason to learn polish
I can. Wife.
>no one cares, you can't speak English with native pronounciation and accent either
yes you can, but it's not worth the effort
especially because there is this thing, where people (and it's an universal thing, not just polish, English, etc) prefer when you're distinguishable as a foreigner from native people. Even when they accept you and the society in mind isn't xenophobic in general.
