but i've never seen anyone who managed to do it in polish
also there are many sounds that can be described as "special snowflake sounds", like ś, ć, ź or dź
everyone thinks english is the easiest thing on earth because its the primary language of the world, everyone is heavily exposed to it
>it's relatively easy to get rid of your accent in english
then get rid of it and show me your results : )
>but i've never seen anyone who managed to do it in polish
how many people who were learning polish you've seen in total
I might point to pajeets and others speaking abhorrent english living in an anglo country for decades too
but anyway, Polish pronunciation isn't that much of a problem, the real hell is the grammar
it might appear stupidly complicated
but tbh I have no slightest idea about Arabic grammar so 🤷
Arabic Grammar is the worst of the worst.
no matter how hard and stupid Polish Grammar is, it would never reach the same level as Arabic Grammar
niggowie
english easy because there isnt as much conjugation
less female/male forms
>I cant think of a valid reason to learn polish
I can. Wife.
>no one cares, you can't speak English with native pronounciation and accent either
yes you can, but it's not worth the effort
especially because there is this thing, where people (and it's an universal thing, not just polish, English, etc) prefer when you're distinguishable as a foreigner from native people. Even when they accept you and the society in mind isn't xenophobic in general.
>everyone thinks english is the easiest thing on earth because its the primary language of the world, everyone is heavily exposed to it
I agree. English isn't as easy as it looks. It's just that everyone can (or more like, has to) practice it everyday.
>then get rid of it and show me your results : )
a couple of voice emission classes and 1-2 years of practice and you're golden 👍
the real question is "is it worth it?"
I've heard immigrant kids who go to those posh English public schools with boarding schools sometimes do that just for the sake of fitting in. Don't ask me how it goes though, I doubt it works how they'd expect.
>then get rid of it and show me your results
come on anon, this argument is too dumb for you xD
i was talking about polish phililogists
>Polish pronunciation isn't that much of a problem, the real hell is the grammar

again, i disagree, polish phonetics are complex and exotic when compared to the english phonetics while grammar is rather similar
no its not similar, in English order matters, no conjugation at all besides personal pronouns
who claims polish and english grammars are similar? wtf <:thonking:318673885497262091>
>not embracing your partner's native culture
absolutely disgusting
conjugation is much more complex in polish and learning it will certainly be a problem, but our languages both follow similar patterns as they are rather closely related linguistically and he won't encounter overly alien structures if he will decide to start learning polish, that lies in contrast to learning japanese, chinese or arabic that are not related to english at all
>burger ""sports""
uhh wew
how to say "post" in Polish?
but like post-nazi
or post a message
