@Peeweelocket Meh, I advocate for good work conditions where people are not treated like slaves, however that dosen't mean that I want jobs where people do absolutely nothing and just lounge for a few hours and then collect a paycheck, everybody needs to work in the place they are best in, and where they work their hardest and best.

Well obviously the incentive would be the continued life of their group, and if they refuse to do their part, then they are dead weight and should be kicked off.
