Of course its a race that creates a culture. There is a reason Sweden is Sweden and Norway is Norway. Because the people who inhabited the land created the culture. If you swap out all the white people for arabs/blacks it will eventually become nations with their culture.

What I mean with "believe in" is that I more so believe in my race as the dominant one. I do not think we should RULE over other races, I do not think we should implement our civilized culture into other places. I want my race to be for itself with it's own culture, not to be effected by other cultures from the outside.
