First of all, most people know about ISIS being taken down, it's all over the news. As is the EU's loss of influence due to Brexit and similar nationalist movements elsewhere. NATO is also not going anywhere anytime soon, don't know what you mean by it not being in the picture. And I also don't know wtf you mean by George Soros not "being active".
