x86 is used everywhere, you're probably on x86 rn, it's just that nowadays x86_64 are most of the computers but it's basically extended x86 instruction set (or not idk im not rlly knowledgeable)

Yeah ofc x86 is only used in consumer desktops and laptops. There's also a lot of POS running windows too. I see them everywhere at stores, atms etc
