They need to deliver something finally. They are a ruling party, but never really bring out a law that fits what they stand for
is she doing anything
embarrassing herself
Andrea Nahles. She's kind of the only one who didnt flee in a tree when Schulz threw his election
Schulz was based <:haha:318675605233336330>
a shamefur dispray
hahaha
Yeah now she randomly started internal elections in the spd to save herself from being kicked out by a well prepared candidate in october

He was a meme.

Answer
how could he become the prez of EP
He was like "Justice now" but when asked for details couldn't really answer
and then they collapsed <:haha:318675605233336330>
Yes. That was before people noticed He has No real plans
When SPD promised a minimum Pension
But when asked how they want to pay it they had no clue
And polls crashed down again
Not to mention that they would need the CDU to pass the law anyways
doesnt germany run billion budget surpluses
won't it cover for at leasst some part of it
nah m8 we're factually broke
We are not broke. But the high taxes of the last years caused some seriously expensive longterm Projects that will propably break our back once the economy gets worse the next years
so why billion budget surpluses
Like billion subsidies for the regions that will stop digging for coal soon
Haaa and 135 Million to repair a fucking sailship xD
well germany does too much coal atm
At least you don't give billions of subsidies to Brazil
To not cut down the Amazon forest
I'm all in to stop digging up coal. The sad part is they subsidiesed that before, because it was way to expensive. Just to save a few thousand jobs in a branch with No future
niggers at it again
SPD is a joke
Their core voter base are social democrats and after Schröder they started adopting some policies that don't fit that picture. They lost power, clung to the CDU for coalitions but couldn't really enforce any of their core policies, so they lost even more votes. If they went into the opposition and tried pushing their SocDem positions from there I'm fairly sure they would have recovered.
The poll results during the Schulz era also support this notion. He realized that his party would thrive if they pushed socdem policies, but only provided lip service and nothing else.
