my meaning is: I dont want to be a worm food
But you eventually will, deal with it

>But you eventually will, deal with it
nope, together with 90% of humanity I will choose to delude myself

That's fine, I do that too. Just don't think about it too much, currently there isn't anything we can do to prevent death, we can only prolong life.
I don't wanna live foreveeeah
Who knows, maybe in a few centuries or even decades we will have the technology to digitalize our consciousness.
f35 are the sexiest planes there are
Then again, we don't even know what consciousness is and how it works in the first place so it might just be a fluke
i want to upload my subconciousness into the anime world
i want to upload my consciousness into sex
f35s are sexies planes debate me
@d0erli also on this nihilismus thing I have nothing to say tbh not a big fan of it but probably im a nihilist I guess?
I believe nihilists are people that roughly know what nihilism entails but haven't thoroughly thought about it
i believe dolphins are conscious because they rape people they hold a grudge against
Dolphins are in fact considered self-conscious as far as I'm aware
F35 is so expensive tho
its so sexy tho
Yeah
Hehe
Worth
Anyway to sum it up: Nihilism depends on the notion that meaning has to come from the *outside*, and with the advance of science and the realization that, no, God does probably not exist, we have lost that foothold. We're currently on the process of discovering that purpose may also come from the *inside*, and this greatly confuses us, because the world is already a confusing as fuck place. We seek guidance to assign purpose, not realizing that we don't *need* guidance, and we're afraid of that.
>do you like sci fi
Sometimes
Depends on what kind
Sci-Fi is a very broad field
I like sci fi and Elon musk

I'll keep it in mind but I have enough books to catch up to as it is

I haven't even read Solaris yet, it's just been sitting on a shelf gathering dust
yeah dont read it tbh its a space opera and if you are not into astronomy and physics you will rpobably get bored or not idk
havent read solaris either and i dont plan too <:haha:318675605233336330>
I'm not too knowledgable but I like space
So I'll give it a shot I think
tbh i think revelation space is good for everyone but for me its good in part because its normally hard to meet my believability standards
