In most countries you need to work or go homeless. Or provide for yourself independently.

You can't legally afford to provide for yourself independently if you're impoverished.

In my country you can get money from the government to afford food and sometimes able to get a hostel. In most countries you can die. But there's charity for that.

In a free world, no one is dependent on anyone.

You're allowed build your own house and get your own food by hunting and farming.

How do you do that without spending money?
