So then the only way to conduct peacekeeping is for all militaries to take control by ending the defense contractors.

We need to remove them from the board and end the game, right now.

Since the legal system is more tainted than an African pimp's crotch, the militaries can work together to obtain the actionable intelligence required to pursue all defense contractors as terrorists.

We already have reasonable suspicion, probable cause, and the actionable intelligence to target all of them.
