Actually no, that can't be right. I was applying the normal bellcurve to their average. Only 1% of people are 30 points above average on regualr global percentiles. It couldn't be that Africans have a normal distribution of IQ because otherwise those at the bottom would have 40 IQ, so they probably have a distribution of 10-20 points. AKA a smaller bell curve
