Placing a pro-US and pro-Russian puppet in Turkey will act as both restitution and good faith which is paramount to ensure that US and Russian relationships are stable enough to destroy remaining terrorism without future conflict/wars.

In the peacekeeping domain, we need a puppet to prove to the world that the US and Russia have similar interests.

I'd prefer if he was a true leader, but with the US calling the shots in that area...it's not likely.

We can't have Assad and a Russian puppet in Turkey because that would hinder US forces, therefore, a joint-puppet would be perfect and allow for unhindered peacekeeping between the US and Russia.

It's that simple...that would solve every single problem and save thousands of lives.
