they are very nutritious

raw and smoked salmon is the only fish i genuinely enjoy

dont like it cooked

smoked is better yes

but cooking it is easier so I do that

cooking it completely changes the taste imo

to something really bad

I cooked it for too long the other day and it was horrendous

usually I just fry the top side a bit
