Central command needs to fully withdraw from Syria immediately and then let the UN investigations do their thing.
If we pull all conventional forces out of Syria and leave special operations teams to escort UN investigators, the US will have Syria after Assad is prosecuted by the world court and Russia will be directly implicated.
