My Grandmother spent her entire carreer in the NHS

and I'm still not built like Arnold

If we are collectively giving our earnings to the NHS

we should be the healthiest people on earth

we actually still are

BUT THAT'S not the point

the most valuable of that fortress is the land it built on. you probably look into a well over 50-80k Β£ of renovations to get it up to a normal standard by the looks of it. it going to cost the same as rebuilding from the ground up

well said by a man that lives in a shithole outside the UK

2020-01-01 01:57:42 UTC

and I'm sure a lot of the heath problems in UK comes from the new lower classes not caring about their health. it the same problem here

house prices here will leave a grown man to cry

unless he's British

otherwise he'll move to Norway

2020-01-01 01:58:34 UTC

how to solve the UK housing problem, import more brown men and tax white men more

2020-01-01 01:59:21 UTC

you dont want to see what houses cost around civilisation in norway, they will make you ass tight up real fast

you might see a shift in that

2020-01-01 01:59:40 UTC

good

consider that's something my Grandparents might have said

and I'll be 37 this year

I have a GodDaughter that voted last year

it doesn't mean house prices go down

2020-01-01 02:02:40 UTC

what do bring house prices down is building more and stop the government buying up all the cheep apartments to give to brown men a single moms for practically free

I bought bricks and mortar

fuck your prices

it either goes up

or it crashes

πŸ‘Œ

so I hold my property

this how we understand if people understand economics

cus house prices are different, in different places

2020-01-01 02:08:42 UTC

I live in the house my granddad did build in 1960, I was allowed to buy it from him the year before he did die way under the market price as long as I dont resell it in 5 years.

outstanding

2020-01-01 02:09:45 UTC

I have been renovating it over the last year, doing most of it my self

2020-01-01 02:11:03 UTC

My pro tip for economics: Invest in land, God isn't making any more of it
