Cover it with a wet sterile say rag or abdominal dressing

If a organ is protruding don’t push it in

Check everywhere for massive hemorrhage

First things first when the situation happens. You return fire.

When your returning fire your going to ask your buddy if he can do three thing, move to cover, return fire, and apply self aid.

If he can move to cover that’s great if not well have someone covering because your about to have the sprint of your life.

You want fire superiority
