these have one of the bars in them, but it's basically 3 MRE's cut up into food that is a ACTUALLY ready to eat as in can be eaten while moving

Ar 500 has nice packages...you can start small and build it or buy all at once

Me n a buddy just ordered a setup with carrier, plates, sides, pads and all for 650..that's 11 x14 plates and the thicker buildup for spell reduction...

Gonna be heeevvvvyyyy

But it is a really modular system for purchasing what you need/want...some of the best ballistics for the money

Those are nice. But in longevity I am happy with the steel plates...heavier yes than ceramic, but they keep on keeping on

I have some lvl IV standalone multi hit plates from us palm...they went outta business. They weigh basically the same as the steel I'm getting, but they are over an inch thick...the steel will weigh the same but be much slimmer

Of course the steel are lvl III+ but for on the move that should be adequate
