Ok, few things 1. the word Homosexual doesn't even appear in the bible because the bible predates the creation of the word. The fact that it appears in that passage, shows that its an edited translation where that word was added to change the meaning of the passage.

The Leviticus passage is oddly enough in Property laws, not morality laws, and Jewish and biblical scholars believe its not about sex but about assuming the role of the female and denigrating your fellow man.

And the Deuteronomy passage is about cross dressing and part of the laws of controlling women not homosexuality or moral laws.

But that's a longer more arduous debate that I am too lazy for right now.
