If the Richmond thing went sideways the DHS and State LEOs had reserve teams and Tactical Response on standby. Sheer force of numbers they would have ended things within 48-72 hours.

Best estimate, the idiots there were about 20 miles south might have tried to mobilize, but I know the DHS was totally aware of that and would have taken steps.

The real issues would have been the small scale copy cat events that would pop up all over the country for the next several months.
