We had a flood last year in an area that had never flooded

Where I live there's never been a flood but in the rural part of the state floods do happen

Things also generally turn out a little better with traditional hand tools. You can get the fit and finish of stuff just right

I recently purchased a milling machine off amazon

It works surprisingly well for being only around 700 bucks

And made in China

I’ve done an 80 on it, but I restore antiques and often times it’s easier to mill a part then find a replacement

Have a lathe for turning bolts and such , if you look around you can find some good deals and TONS of learning material on YouTube
