Or down the back of your shirt

2019-12-27 19:45:25 UTC

Yeah it's funny you mention that because P90 haters say the P90 has weird ergos that aren't intuitive

2019-12-27 19:45:30 UTC

Lol the hot brass shuffle.

2019-12-27 19:46:44 UTC

@Killerratchet nah they are just hating, The p90 was designed to fit perfectly with the ergonomics of the human body, that's why it looks a bit weird.

2019-12-27 19:47:09 UTC

And to mention it was designed to be issued to rear echelon troops who don't normally see combat

2019-12-27 19:47:42 UTC

So that'd be the gun they spend the most training on anyway

2019-12-27 19:49:27 UTC

Well they were primarily deployed with urban and convoy opts. I carried mine primarily as a vehicle gun.
The major issues I had with it was the 5.7 round. I was the only guy in the company who used it cause no one else was carrying a 5.7 gun. The higher ups bitched about group cohesion and the second I had an accident with it they used that as an excuse to take it away from me.

2019-12-27 19:49:58 UTC

Assholes

2019-12-27 19:50:04 UTC

Shocker. Higher ups bitching.

2019-12-27 19:50:08 UTC

I'd be upset if they took it from me lol

2019-12-27 19:50:36 UTC

Yeah if only the 5.7 round was more widely adopted

2019-12-27 19:50:38 UTC

What did they give you as a replacement

2019-12-27 19:51:36 UTC

I got shunted over to an M4.

2019-12-27 19:53:36 UTC

You accidentally discharged your P90?

2019-12-27 19:53:50 UTC

Guess it makes me feel good knowing even PMC guys make mistakes

2019-12-27 19:54:42 UTC

A guy I know ND’d on shift went and bought a box of 9mm replaced the round then later on during an ammo audit it came out lol

2019-12-27 19:55:09 UTC

lol

2019-12-27 19:55:25 UTC

Seems like everyone did it at least once

2019-12-27 19:56:59 UTC

No, we were running killhouse drills. The bottom ejection of the P90, isn't an issue when you are in a vehicle, out doors and/or on the move while firing.
However in a kill house when you are mag dumping a 50rd 900rpm gun all day long, you tend to cover the floor in a lot of brass, which can become a trip/slip hazard. People were having slip issues here and there, and eventually I ended up slipping and falling on my ass. They used that one specific and unlikely condition to justify their complaints.

2019-12-27 19:57:45 UTC

wow fucking dumb

2019-12-27 19:58:32 UTC

Yeah, they only let me use it after that for convey/vehicle movement's because it was head and shoulders above what everyone else could do.

2019-12-27 20:00:24 UTC

It was one of my favorite guns that I carried back then.

2019-12-27 20:00:51 UTC

Even if it's arguably impractical

2019-12-27 20:00:58 UTC

I'd love to own the PS90 one day

2019-12-27 20:01:04 UTC

Especially SBR'd

2019-12-27 20:01:23 UTC

Just sucks it has no fun switch

2019-12-27 20:01:46 UTC

Yeah its pretty nice. that is why I want to PDW my .300 blackout.

2019-12-27 20:02:44 UTC

Crazy how you can carry 250 rounds of the P90 with just 5 mags

2019-12-27 20:02:54 UTC

Or 300 with just 6

2019-12-27 20:03:37 UTC

lol is that a thumbhole stock?

2019-12-27 20:03:48 UTC
