Not surprisingly, the US opts out of peace negotiations with the North not long after the dismantlement of their Punggye Ri nuclear test site.
The US wants to maintain instability in this area for as long as possible. Hopefully the South does not follow the path of their occupiers, and peace talks continue between the two Koreas.
