Gender dysphoria is a mental illness and these people deserve access to medical care to help them through something like that

We should actually deal with the problem instead of mutilate them and be done with it

but I'd rather be as respectful as I can with those who suffer mental disorders especially when it comes to their own disorders.

I dont think they should be mutilated but I'll call someone the opposite gender if asked. I dont see myself saying xir or they though.

In my opinion, what I've been told by professionals is that you should not indulge a patients delusions. This line is usually what I get from medical professionals regarding stuff like people that are convinced they are aliens or whatever

its true, I knew someone who wanted to be called they and everyone called him they and he kept transitioning and got very very emotional and suicidal and depressed partly because he wasnt satisfied with what he looked like.

sex is your biological, at birth, unchangeable identity

gender is just what you want to be called
