Foreign currency and how it works? In a nutshell it’s just paper people ascribe value to. It’s really backed up by manpower, natural resources, exports and other such things. The more of the aforementioned shit you have, the more your currency is worth.

@Deleted User So basically, everyone is employed by the state, and work for how much they produce. So for example, one farmer has a job as a cow-milker. He has 15 cows, and his minimum quota is 5 buckets of milk (1 cow = 1 bucket). Once he has milked the five, he sends the milk to the state, and in turn, is rewarded with food and luxury tickets. He can get more luxury tickets by filling more buckets with milk, thereby overproducing. He can then use these tickets he received from the state to upgrade his food taste, or consumerabe luxuries.

2018-10-25 07:28:51 UTC

you still couldn't explain why a shortage of foreign currency is bad for a government

2018-10-25 07:29:17 UTC

or a countries economy for that matter

2018-10-25 07:29:25 UTC

The currency (luxury tickets) is completely regulated and only owned by the state. Because all business is also operated and owned by the state, the luxury tickets deposited by citizens will be sent back to the state, thereby having no need for tax

2018-10-25 07:29:59 UTC

The USD is the only important currency though lmao

2018-10-25 07:30:15 UTC

By having complete regulation over this currency and over all business, the state has complete control over the currency

2018-10-25 07:30:30 UTC

And no one can manipulate money, simply to exploit others for more.

2018-10-25 07:32:20 UTC

When labor value is turned into materialistic currency, it completes the trade of luxury

2018-10-25 07:32:43 UTC

Therefore, the harder you work, the more you produce, the more luxuries you will receive

2018-10-25 07:33:02 UTC

And the state is a centralised monopoly

2018-10-25 07:33:08 UTC

@Deleted User now i know for sure
