@One Shot Paddy ArtFlow is an AMAZING drawing app. Pretty much all the photo-fucky-options you want (crop, negative, bright/con, light curves, transform, etc) with decent drawing recognization.

Bit of a bitch to use on phone or tab without a stylus though
