Man. Im fucking pissed. My dad went to the methadone clinic and didn't even stay a day. He made it 5 days, but now he's pissed off at pretty well everyone and im about fucking fed up with his shit. Nothing i say or do changes his mind. Nothing anyone says for that matter. Im seriously at the end of my rope and i don't know what else to do

Eventually you will come to terms with the fact that there is literally nothing you can do to stop it. Just keep busy with things, get your mind off it and eventually it will subside
