For example my dad asked me to see 1917 on Friday but I told my girl that I would take her to see the movie when I told him that he got mad., and he said that we stopped spending time together since I started dating this girl

And it’s been 10months

right

She’s clingy and normally I don’t mind that and I enjoy the attention but I’m just stuck in a lose lose situation

I would prioritize what or which you prefer ( and when ) and then just try to structure it so that you're in a position to pick ( and hopefully cooly explain ) to whom why you're going where, when, with whoever
