So I live in Washington state. I went yesterday to finish buying my CZ p10c (because I am a poor and layaway is awesome for poors). I finish the background check information and since I carry “dirty” without a Washington state CCP I am required to submit not just to the NICS background check, but the local sheriff’s office has to run THE EXACT SAME CHECK by state law.

So I have a pistol, already purchased, sitting at my LGS. But here’s the kicker

I refused to leave my LGS empty handed, and they have some nice stripped lowers there for a decent price, so I pick one up as well. My LGS only has to run my background check through NICS. 20 minutes later it comes back clear and I walk out with my new aero lower.
