@thatgoonsteve42 one day soon my dude. At least I have a pistol course under my belt and can runf more that 30ft without being winded lmao

2019-09-25 03:41:08 UTC

I will help you improve if you want

2019-09-25 03:41:11 UTC

But yeah 3per readiness is a joke

2019-09-25 03:41:17 UTC

That's a good start lol

2019-09-25 03:41:17 UTC

I've been looking for someone to teach as to see how well I can do it

2019-09-25 03:41:33 UTC

I put airsoft above 3per tbh

2019-09-25 03:42:01 UTC

At least they have cooler looking gear, might know some tactics, aren't boomers, and usually aren't obese

2019-09-25 03:42:05 UTC

you can argue loot and whatever - but if I'm talking respect or preference in terms of what I'd rather be doing with who. . .

2019-09-25 03:42:16 UTC

Unpopular opinion, airsoft isn't a terrible way to learn and a lot cheaper than doing live fire movements

2019-09-25 03:42:26 UTC

Not unpopular at all

2019-09-25 03:42:33 UTC

thats how I got my knowledge of some stuff

2019-09-25 03:42:40 UTC

Also good for force on force to an extent

2019-09-25 03:42:54 UTC

we were told we actually did fairly well for some dudes who just internet'd shit

2019-09-25 03:43:00 UTC

yeah - even just practicing weapons handling/drawing etc with airsoft is a start

2019-09-25 03:43:20 UTC

fuck yeah! We used to time ourselves reloading

2019-09-25 03:43:23 UTC

@thedarkness05 yeah if you aren't playing with fucking PUGs

2019-09-25 03:43:50 UTC

Imma train with simunitions

2019-09-25 03:43:58 UTC

spensive

2019-09-25 03:44:01 UTC

I know some 3pers who brag about their gucci'd out ar, but its basically a safe queen. Zero trigger time

2019-09-25 03:44:03 UTC

Forget airsoft

2019-09-25 03:44:05 UTC

It's easy to teach battle drills with dudes using airshit guns.

2019-09-25 03:44:28 UTC

Yea I like me some airsoft but it gives people a false confidence

2019-09-25 03:44:31 UTC

@One Shot Paddy where some thick clothing them shits hirt

2019-09-25 03:44:41 UTC

I bet

2019-09-25 03:45:11 UTC

I caught a sim round in the throat back in 2011 fuck that noise

2019-09-25 03:45:28 UTC

Bruh that’s actually death

2019-09-25 03:45:46 UTC

Reminds me of that part from band of brothers

2019-09-25 03:45:52 UTC

My company was using them for force on force to get ready for a deployment

2019-09-25 03:46:25 UTC

Thankfully I had that mandarin collar up on the ACUs but damn if that didn't take me down for a bit

2019-09-25 03:47:22 UTC

I can only imagine

2019-09-25 03:47:40 UTC

I did active shooter training with my SO, and they made me the school shooter. I was essentially the target dummy for about 50 officers. Sim rounds sting and will always find that one place not covered, gauranteed

2019-09-25 03:47:57 UTC

Wear a cup

2019-09-25 03:48:10 UTC

Idk man I kinda wanna go military but don’t agree with the war in the middle way rn

2019-09-25 03:48:30 UTC

I mean we got our revenge for 9/11

2019-09-25 03:48:55 UTC

Their soldiers not diplomats

2019-09-25 03:49:03 UTC

That’s not their job

2019-09-25 03:51:18 UTC

Eh. You're in high school still. Not knocking ya. You probably weren't born when 9/11 happened.

2019-09-25 03:52:01 UTC

But you're right, as a member of the armed forces you're part of the US foreign policy, not a diplomat

2019-09-25 03:52:30 UTC

But I've been in some shit countries and there's a lot of love for us over there doing what we're doing.

2019-09-25 03:53:03 UTC

Like building infrastructure, digging wells, some of these people never saw electricity until we showed up

2019-09-25 03:53:46 UTC

You don't have to be "for" a war to join up and enrich your life or the lives of some strangers
